We have the most stringent physical and network security in our industry as well as extensive backup power generation and disaster recovery capability. Personal information records worked on during business hours are locked in our massive vault facilities during off hours. Electronic backup media is hand delivered to two secure remote facilities on a weekly basis. All mail arriving to and shipped from the facility is handled directly with Canada Post by a bonded courier service. Rest assured that your privacy is maintained when dealing with ClearNeed.
